"Wonderful! Due to scheduling Justin wouldn't be able to send out a tech for a couple of weeks so he thought he could troubleshoot my problem over the phone. Two phone calls lasting about 20 minutes total and he was able to figure out it was a bad switch. I was able to do the necessary repair myself. Can't say enough about a person willing to do this pro bono vs setting up a service call. I offered to pay him for his time but he refused. Wow. I guess this was his Christmas present to me. They will be the first business I call if I have any additional problems with my fireplace."

"Mike came out initially a couple weeks ago to perform the repair. He quickly identified that he needed additional information and approvals from Viking. He stayed on top of Viking and kept in contact with me regarding status. He scheduled another appointment once he had what he needed to complete the repair. It is the first time since it was delivered (about 3 months ago) that it functions and looks like the high-end Viking we bought. Mike was respectful of our home and our time and was contentious of detail. We have used them on occasion in the past and will use them again if needed. Nice job.

"I used about a half a dozen sources for this job. Justin at KC Appliance Repair, LLC worked with me to give me exactly what I wanted; a high quality and energy effecient product that would meet the demands of my family for hot water. I feel that my money was well spent on an excellent product and service. All other contractors tried to talk me into using basically what they had in stock, or on the truck. When I researched the product they were installing they usually proved to be lower end. Justin installed a very high end hot water heater which is designed for the hard water problem in my area; and we are thrilled.Highly recommend!"
