"We had are gravel driveway re-graded with additional gravel, along with re-doing our Belgium block apron. We requested several proposals and found ADR PRO BUILDERS LANDSCAPING's to be the most responsive and flexible. We worked with Eligio who was knowledgeable and responsive to what we were looking to accomplish. He met with us on a Saturday and had a proposal within a few days. His proposal was also very reasonable from a pricing perspective. He started the work on the date he promised and completed his work on a time. He had a sizable crew. I also found it refreshing not to have a long contract loaded with legalize and escape clauses for any responsibility and attaching risks to us related for non payment. ADR had a very straight forward payment requirement. Bottom line we would strongly recommend ADR, and have already done so."

"Work was done well and what was done looks good. The spacing between the blocks is less than the original which looks better but this resulted in the need for more blocks. I purchased additional blocks so that they could complete the border on one side but the other side is borderless. The job was supposed to have the walkway look the same once completed. Also, the material used in between the blocks has come out and popped up in places. I texted a couple of times to have it fixed but to no avail"

"I called Alto Contracting in February 2019 to inquire about replacing our driveway, walkway, adding some additional parking space, widening the driveway, adding drainage and also adding a decorative Belgium brick border and apron. in the spring. Rick called me back very quickly and I walked through the project. He came by later that week and gave a competitive quote to perform all of the work as well as his professional recommendations along the way. He gave me a good time frame of when they could start and a few weeks later the project began with ripping up the old driveway, doing the walkway, drainage and Belgium brick work, and laying the gravel underway. This was in early March and he explained that the asphalt plants would open up in early April and we would be one of the first on his list. Rick followed back in early April as promised and our driveway was completed by April 16. It was a pleasure working with Rick and his team. They were very respectful of our property, cleaned up each day and Rick was very responsive to both my questions and my wife's. I work fairly long hours each day, and it was easy to speak with Rick over email as the project went along. Rick even accommodated our schedule and did the asphalt during a week we were out of town, which meant it could set without any cars needing to be parked on the road. The driveway came out beautiful and was exactly what we wanted. Rick sent me pictures when he finished (as we were out of town), which included a picture from above taken with a drone camera, which I thought was a nice added touch. I would recommend Alto in the future, and we plan to use them for the necessary sealing of the new driveway."

We discussed work that needed to be done- sealcoating and crack fills. We were able to negotiate the quote. "Found this company on yelp and after meeting with a few other contractors we decided to go with them based on peer reviews and pricing. We initially just wanted to have some ac sleeves removed and bricked up since we were planning to upgrade to ductless ac but after meeting with Kamran we decided to get our flat roof refinished as well. They showed up on time and completed the work quickly, while they have had great reviews in the past years I feel that either I am expecting too much or their workmanship is no longer the same as before.
