"Although kitchen cabinet work was my most recent project, I have used Chuck Milliman, Jr. over the past year for numerous other projects involved in the rehab of my 106 yr old house. He has placed/ framed in a new awning window in a bedroom, adding cedar shingles to the outside as needed, as well as placed and framed a window, where there was none, in my dining room. He has structurally stabilized my front porch along with replacing tongue-and-groove decking and helped with much smaller jobs of adding locks and door adjustments. No matter the job, his workmanship has always been exceptional and his pricing per project has always been fair and competitive. My cabinet project consisted of removal and repair/rebuild of my kitchen cabinets due to years of water damage. He also needed to replace part of the sub floor due to the same water damage. "Work completed as agreed to, in reasonable timeframe (one week). Nice job on patching drywall after tub replacement. Would like to see a little more coordination with plumbing to put same care and attention to detail as Joe, and keep work tools organized/out of the way of living space after hours. We did have some clean-up to do after the job was done (drywall dust, dirt, minor debris), but overall good experience and quality work. Joe was responsive to questions and minor issues that we pointed out day to day."

Wonderful job on both the painting for the development, and the staining of my deck. Probably the best quality painting that we have ever had in our development. From the beginning, the work, work order, estimate process, etc. was handled in a top knotch way. I have had a number of contacts with the company's owner, Colby, and he has shown himself to operate a well run company.He is very businesslike, returns calls promptly, and has people there when he promises.  I also had dealt quite a bit with Josh, who directly supervised the overall process. Josh is very cooperative, understanding, and very helpful. He always came through on his committments, and it made for a very pleasant experience.

The painting crew, led by Arturo, was by far the best group of painters we have used. I got many comments from other homewoners in the development who were very impressed with their work. They are meticulous in what they do, and the final product shows it.
