It worked fine for a short time then quit. I called Chris back and he responded promptly. After contacting the company, we discovered that the problem was the gas lines my builder installed. The newer units need more than the lines can provide. Chris quickly figured out a work around and the new unit has performed without fail since. I can't recommend Roeder's plumbing high enough with the rating scale here. 5*+++"
