"Steve repaired a leaking porch roof that was caused when the original roofer in 2010 did not put a moisture barrier down. He took pictures prior to giving us estimate to show us details on roof (boots needed caulking) where we did not have to climb roof ourselves to see. His crew was very professional and cleaned up after leaving all just as before, just with a non-leaking porch! We and members of our family have used him from doing entire roofs to roofing repairs. Would not use anyone else. Very honest."

"Steve with Lakeside Construction was professional and handled all aspects of getting us a new roof installed. From start to finish we were impressed with this company. They handled our new roof replacement including insurance submission with punctuality and professionalism. We can't be happier with all aspects of this company including the office/billing staff and project manager. We would happily recommend Lakeside Construction to anyone in need of a new roof!"

"It went fabulous! David and his team did a fantastic job. They were prompt, cleaned up after themselves, delivered as expected, readily addressed any concerns, handled a number of change requests and were completely trustworthy. I'd easily make the decision to hire them again."

"My overall experience was good. The job was to be performed in three parts over two to three days: (1) scraping the ceiling; (2) re-taping and mudding the seams and mudding the nail and screw heads; and (3) painting the ceiling. It ended up taking two workers three days (they worked roughly 4-5 hours per day) accomplishing one of the three tasks each day. The workers took care in keeping everything clean by covering the walls and floor with plastic during the entire project. Repair of the seams and covering of the nails and screw heads was good. Sanding of the ceiling along the edges near the walls and near the attic access door and light fixture, etc. was not as thorough as as could have been done, leaving some areas with excess/un-sanded mud. The paint was applied by spaying with some small areas of the ceiling only having a thin coat over the sheetrock. I scored the quality of work as fair and the overall job as good based on what I paid for the work that was performed. After all, this was my garage ceiling not a bedroom or kitchen ceiling. I wasn't expecting the Sistine Chapel and I didn't get it. There wasn't the attention to detail that I would expect if this was a ceiling in a living area of my home. However, it did accomplish what I wanted: to stop the popcorn from falling and improve the unsightly look of the garage."

"I had 25 LG solar panels installed by Sunpro this year and they did a fantastic job. The communication was great and the install crew was very professional. It's been awesome watching our electric bill go down!"

"Water damage sign was showed on the ceiling of my rental house. I called Brighter Side Roofing to come and inspect the roof. They came at afternoon. Because no one at home at that time, they could not enter the house and complete the inspection. They came back at evening (7:00 p.m.) again to finish the inspection at the date they promised. After very careful inspection, they told me that the roof is o.k. They did the inspection free for me. Very impressed by professional explanation. Would highly recommend!"
