"The sewer was rooted from the outside clean out. The tech was able to remove a large clump of roots but was unable to get the big cuitter all the way to the end. He was able to punch a hole through with a smaller cutting tool. He could not give the standard warrenty on his work since the big cutter could not make it through. He recommended, in the Spring, to have the sewer line looked at with a camera and determine what is blocking the big cutter from reachinmg the end of the sewer line."

"Everything went fine, Patrick came out the day after I called him to give me an estimate on the initial work which included the parts (75 gallon hot water heater and other parts) and labor.  Patrick and his guys showed up right on time and completed the majority of the work that day, the only problem was the radiator.  For anyone who has radiator heat knows that it can't be beat but replacing parts on an 80 + year old 500lb monster can be quite a task, after finally getting the proper parts and a lot of sweat,  the radiator was fixed and is running fine, thank goodness it didn't get cold in that time.  Patrick also gave me a price to fix the sewer pipe which would entail breaking out a portion of the concrete floor, digging down about 5 feet through chicago clay, replacing the broken section of pipe and re-cementing the floor.  <br /> I decided to have this done a few weeks after the initial work, Patrick was unavailable but his wife,  brother and another worker showed up and did a great job.  I would defiantly recommend them for any plumbing work that needs to be done. <br />   <br />"

"Heartland Plumbing is a family-owned business. Brandon is the owner and was also the lead plumber on my project. When the owner is doing the work, you know it is getting done right. Brandon is very professional and very knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing. Two of his employees that also worked on my project were just as professional and courteous. Brandon has a and quot;can-doand quot; attitude. I got estimates from two other plumbers who moaned and complained about how difficult the job would be. Brandon was confident that he could do it without major difficulty. While his estimate wasn't the cheapest, it was very close to the others, and I felt his level of professionalism and quality of work was well worth a few extra bucks. I am very particular about the way work is performed in my home, and Heartland Plumbing and Sewer met all of my expectations. I will continue to use Heartland Plumbing in the future and have already scheduled Brandon to come back and do some additional work for me. I also recommended him to a neighbor who needed a hot water tank replaced. Brandon installed a tankless water heater for her, and she and her husband both thanked me for the recommendation. "Sewer backed up into basement, big time rain.You know the one we were <br /> praying for all summer, not so much now. Called on Friday night,around <br /> 7-8pm after getting number from Angie's list. Got a lady that does there <br /> call service.
