"Grant did a great job in the initial meeting of making me feel comfortable with the work needing to be performed and explaining it clearly. I had concerns that the insurance may not approve of all the work to be done so we even called my claims agent together to verify. After I gave approval, they had workers there almost immediately to begin cutting drywall and pulling up floor. End to end, the process took about 4-5 days with 60% of that just being blowers and a heater running. All workers wore masks and were very courteous. Beth in the office was super helpful as well during the payment process. I had 3 different companies come out to look at the damage prior to choosing and most of the companies either never provided an estimate after repeated requests or they seemed shady and wanted me to just pay them and then I work it out with the insurance to get re-reimbursed. One even told me they couldn't even come out and estimate it for 3 months. It was crazy! My wife and I would definitely recommend them for water damage treatment. Although Rapid Dry does not put everything back together in terms of drywall, flooring, etc. - they have another company they recommend and they are very helpful as well. Thanks Rapid Dry!!!!"

"The sewer was rooted from the outside clean out. The tech was able to remove a large clump of roots but was unable to get the big cuitter all the way to the end. He was able to punch a hole through with a smaller cutting tool. He could not give the standard warrenty on his work since the big cutter could not make it through. He recommended, in the Spring, to have the sewer line looked at with a camera and determine what is blocking the big cutter from reachinmg the end of the sewer line."

We thought it was street sewage at first, but quickly realized it was coming from within the house and getting worse by the day. "Heartland Plumbing is a family-owned business. Brandon is the owner and was also the lead plumber on my project. When the owner is doing the work, you know it is getting done right. Brandon is very professional and very knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing. Two of his employees that also worked on my project were just as professional and courteous. Brandon has a and quot;can-doand quot; attitude. I got estimates from two other plumbers who moaned and complained about how difficult the job would be. Brandon was confident that he could do it without major difficulty. While his estimate wasn't the cheapest, it was very close to the others, and I felt his level of professionalism and quality of work was well worth a few extra bucks. I am very particular about the way work is performed in my home, and Heartland Plumbing and Sewer met all of my expectations. I will continue to use Heartland Plumbing in the future and have already scheduled Brandon to come back and do some additional work for me. I also recommended him to a neighbor who needed a hot water tank replaced. Brandon installed a tankless water heater for her, and she and her husband both thanked me for the recommendation.
