A retaining wall to help prevent flooding in my basement. Filling in dirt where a swimming pool once was, & replacing gravel under my shed where the groundhogs had gone wild. He also built up a part of the ATV track my son wore down over the years. He arrived on the day he said he'd be here. He worked efficiently. He was professional and respectful of my property. Reasonably priced & when I asked him about providing tree removal, he was honest when he told me he didn't have the equipment required to remove trees near power lines. I appreciate the honesty. I'll be hiring Connor to do other outdor projects in the future."

"Everything went FANTASTIC! From the time Chris came to give us an estimate to the completion of the job. I got a good vibe right away when meeting him. Not pushy, wanted to know our thoughts and ideas. He let us know right away that he was booking about a month or more later and I respected that because if someone tells you they will be there next week and doesn't show that's not a good sign. I had plants and bulbs to remove first anyway so that was perfect. I signed the contract that day.?When he called and gave me the date, I left for work not knowing what to see at lunch time. I was in awe when I came home for lunch to see so much equipment and progress in one day. When I met the crew, I just felt even more comfortable. They were all hard working people just like myself and my husband. They were professional and even cleaned off my sidewalk and street every day. I told them it was no big deal, but they insisted. On the last day of the job when they were finishing, I just couldn't believe how beautiful my home and property had become. I also had dealings with Lil through the permit process and everything went so smooth. They even left me extra grass seed in case of thin spots. "Overall, everything went very well. Shortly after contacting Kunsman, they came out to the house while I was at work and left the proposal for us at the door. They also followed up with a phone call. Our current driveway is full of imperfections from neglect of the previous homeowner and the fact that we get a lot of water runoff due to the grade. The options were to seal coat as best as possible (the option we chose) or to replace the driveway for $8,695. We decided to go with the seal coat for now. Shortly after signing the proposal we received a call and they came out during the day to do the seal work. It certainly gave the driveway a "refreshed" look. Of course, seal coating does not fix cracks and other imperfections so we were fully aware it wouldn't completely rejuvenate the driveway. I would certainly recommend them for any driveway seal coating needs that you have and will likely hire them again when it comes time to replace the driveway."

"My husband wanted a stone fire pit and patio installed in our back yard, so we visited the Home Show in Oaks, PA in the Spring of 2011 to get some ideas. We approached Devin after seeing his display, specifically because he works in natural stone as opposed to pavers. We were impressed with his display and his portfolio and left our email address with him for followup. We heard from him in less than a week and he came to our home shortly afterwards. Our idea for what we wanted was quite vague, but he nonetheless was able to come up with a lovely design. After a few minor adjustments, we contracted with him to perform the work. <br /> <br /> Devin's start date was within one day of his estimated start date (one day early!), he was here early in the morning till late in the afternoon, and worked through the hottest, dryest July we've ever had. We added the sitting walls after he began the project, partly to alleviate a potential drainage issue, and he still managed to finish just a week later than his original estimated end date. <br /> <br /> Devin combines an artist's eye, exacting craftsmenship, an incredibly strong work ethic, and a genuine pride in his work to complete a beautiful project. The patio is beyond what we imagined and we're thoroughly enjoying the fire pit on cool evenings. <br /> <br /> We plan to have Devin back in the Spring to do additional work. <br />"
