The technician assessed the situation and was curious why the fan option on the thermostat was not working. - Check the thermostat - Check the furnace (where the blower is located) - Checked the fuse box - Verified the A/C unit outside was not running - Determined it was the blower. He opened the blower and determined it was a blown fuse. Since this is an older furnace. He installed a switch and communicated that the fuse is not needed since the fuse box will trip. I have A/C (where I did not have for the past 2 weeks). I am very thankful to their professionalism. The get a high recommendation from me."
