He communicated often to make sure that I was on board with their plan and that he knew what options I wanted (overhead lights, outlet placement, etc). His team did the work they said they were going to do and cleaned up after they were done. There were some HVAC/Carpentry surprises that were uncovered when the walls were opened, and Warnie was able to recommend professionals to address those problems quickly and at a cost-effective price.
