The covering was beautiful. They used stone with epoxy glue and put it on with trowels. It was a beautiful looking job when they got it done. However, after one year it started to get blemishes on it. We have a 10year material, 5year Labor and service warranty on it so they came out and tried to recoat it but it only made it worse. When I called them to come back out they told me they couldn't come out until June 12 then they pushed it back to July 09. It has been a full year before they could come back out and correct it. I lost 3 years on my warranty before they could come out and do something.  Now I have a beautiful looking deck with blemishes in it. They can't even tell me what's wrong with it. They tell me they are going to come out and fix it but they never do.

Response to Nature Stone

"We were very happy to find A Plus Concrete & Foundation repair. They did a tremendous job!! Joe & his team came to our house last month to repair old crumbling foundation blocks. The team was fantastic! The old broken blocks in our foundation were repaired quickly and efficiently. Thank you! The team power washed the side patio above our garage per Gary, the owner's, suggestion. We're grateful Gary suggested removing the old rubber coating on the cement. We ended up finding numerous hairline cracks that were causing water to leak into the basement. After finding the source of the problem, Gabe and Dan returned two weeks later to seal the cracks and paint the patio above the garage with a fresh coat of paint. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and hard working. The patio looks amazing and is now leak free. Thank you! I will be recommending your company to my family and friends."

"The finished floors are amazing. Could not be happier"

"Great work. Moved most of the heavy items in the basement, epoxy finish looks amazing. Third floor room went from blue, orange, purple and lime green child's room to a neutral any age bedroom. They tinted the primer for best coverage of old color, two coats of paint. Instead of just touching up the baseboards as we agreed, they repainted them completely so the finish would look better. This is the second job they've done for us. Wonderful company!
"

"HE ARRIVED AS PLANNED AND PROTECTED ALL SURFACES.  HE EVEN TAUGHT ME HOW TO TOUCH UP AREAS AND HOW TO KNOW IF PAINT IS STILL USABLE FOR THE FUTURE.

"Dave C. and the team from Advanced Concrete were amazing to work with. They went above and beyond to help us out with our project and the results were beautiful. Very professional, showed up when they said they would be, and did a great job with cleanup. I can’t say enough great things about this company!"

"I want to thank Ron for the great work he did on my concrete patio pad, it looks great. Very happy with the work that was done. Ron was a true professional through out the process of getting this work done. Ron and his son showed up on time and worked very hard through a hot day to get this done. We are so happy with the work that was done that I called Ron to quote another project that I have. Wayne & Kathy"

"He came next day for estimate. Started work 2 days later and completed within a week of estimate. Great price great work and very friendly. Overall would hire again if I need a floor guy"
