I phoned MoldMedics (MM) and spoke with Thad. Thad came to my home the next day and inspected both the moldy bedroom and also other parts of the house, looking for mold that I might have overlooked. He told me what was causing the mold and he suggested what could be done in the future to prevent another mold outbreak. Thad quoted a fair price ($845 + tax) to fix the problem, and I accepted. Set up an appointment to get estimate immediately after requesting their services on Angies List. Owner went over an examined all areas of mold on walls, etc., Sent me an extremely detailed estimate in a timely fashion and I was exceptionally pleased with the final cost for all the work to be done. Then I set up date for service to be done. Work done was much better than I imagined. Much more than just removing the mold.
