"I had some of those fake vinyl shutters on my home that I have always hated since we bought the place, especially when they would fly off of the house in a wind storm. The final straw occurred several months back when one of them flew off and punched a whole in the vinyl siding of my garage. After that it was time for them to go. I called around looking for someone to take on the job of removing the shutters and repairing the damage they had caused, but because it wasn't a full house siding replacement no one wanted to take it. I also submitted this work to Angie's List, but again got replies back that the work was too small for them to take on, except for the response I got from Jacob at New Look. Jacob was not only willing to look but came out within a day or two if my memory serves right. He reviewed the things I was concerned with and pointed out a few things I hadn't even noticed. He gave us a fair bid for the work that needed to be done and was able to get the correct siding for my house fairly quickly. As I write this the work was completed yesterday by Carlos on his crew, who did a great job. You can't even tell I had shutters in those spots except for a negligible color difference due to years of sun exposure on the existing siding. I think by the end of summer I probably won't even be able to notice that. All in all I appreciate them coming out to take on this small time job that finally ended the shutter nightmare I've been having for the past few years. I would definitely hire them again."

Replaced the whole roof,repaired front porch repaired the rear rain gutter, faceplate was riped off from the last snow storm and the damaged shingles over bay window. "We had vinyl replacement windows and sliding doors replace in our Arizona townhome, 14 windows, 3 of which were large custom shape, and 2 sliding doors. Power has an exclusive window with Pella. The windows and doors were available 3 days early and scheduled the installation 2 days early. All completed in one long day. The 5-man crew was very efficient and skilled. The foreman Pedro was great, communicated everything and asked questions, came up with some final finishing solutions and made sure everything was right. The only negative might be the slightly "caulked" appearance of the final product but it was well done. I think this is the compromise of a replacement window and for the price point was the right decision for this property. I could feel and hear the difference in heat gain and noise insulation immediately compared to the original single pane windows."

"Very well. We called in February to ask for an estimate. The estimate was dropped off and the price was great. They said they would add us to the schedule and we would probably be done in June. At the end of May they called to say they would be in the next week. They came when scheduled. When they ran into extra work and had replace a lot of the plywood under the roof, they explained that there wasn't enough air flow and the moisture was staying in the crawl space and the wood had rotted. They replaced it which took an extra day to do and they did a careful professional job to see that the same issue would not happen again. The additional cost was very reasonable. I would use them again and would highly recommend them."
