At one point Ben showed me a piece of equipment that, while it would perform an additional function as far as heating efficiency, was a significant additional expense. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Itâ s a new startup company. I needed the work performed now and they responded and said they would arrive in 2 hours. They did. When they arrived, I explained what I needed and how the older mount was not feasible for reuse,; also, that the microwave was larger in height that tha previous. They listened and went to work measuring and mount the unit. I paid a bit more than usual but they did come quickly and finished in the time indicated. Two guys trying to start a business, they deserve the recommendation given. Give them a chance, you wonâ t be disappointed.."
