"Total rip off I wish I knew what I was in for I should?ve gotten more bids, but I was in a panic and they pray on that I spent over 13 grand yes that much for an ac/heater unit and a hot water heater called them about the AC acting up none emergency call was charged 75 for showing up after they wanted to charge me over 500 dollars to replace a cheap condensation injector pump that you can buy the the most expensive brand anywhere at Home Depot Lowe?s or even Amazon isn?t more than $75. When I said I?d pass I was changing for his time which was over 200 dollars for under a half hour plus 75 so 300 dollars for nothing fixed rip off I think so "

"Excellent Job! Arrived when expected and they made sure all windows were shut and then went to work. Too approximately 45 minutes for them to complete and once done, they walked me around the house and pointed out certain areas and I was immediately able to notice the difference. My house hasn't looked this good since it was built and we moved in 10 years ago! Definitely will let neighbors know and will use again!"

Over the years, all of the employees have been very friendly, informative, and completed maintenance on our heater and air conditioner. H&H has a high degree of professionalism and knowledge. "This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."

"We have been using Andy and John since we moved into the neighborhood six years ago. Why? Because they are honest, pleasant, trustworthy, and good at what they do. Most recently, our hot water was reduced to less than half. I thought I would be spending $1,000+ for a new hot water heater. John came out on Friday; assessed the problem, which turned out to be a corroded heating element; and promised to be back on Monday with the replacement parts (decided to replace both heating elements). And, as good as his word, John showed up early Monday afternoon to do the job. In addition, I had him remove a hose that had fused to an exterior faucet. John got the work done, no muss, no fuss. Pleasant surprise: the cost was less than we originally discussed and several hundred dollars less than a new hot water heater. Finding a trustworthy, competent trades-person can be a challenge. So, when you do, don't let them go. That is why Andy's is the only plumbing and heating company we will ever use."
