"Shawn and his crew did an awesome job re doing our deck. He remove our wooden deck and replaced it with a composite board. I'm so please with his workmanship. "The kitchen was completed gutted and rebuilt within 3 weeks. Matt worked with us on every aspect of the remodel and addressed everything we had on our wish list. On all the projects Matt and his people were here every day until the work was completed to our satisfaction. When they left each day the work site was spotless. We have been happy to recommend MNB Renovations to our friends and family and plan on having Matt back when we are ready for our next project(s)."

"Bob provides excellent service and the workmanship was first rate. I would definitely hire him again at our house!"

"Our project was very professionally executed by Dan and his son. Great job guys! We were very pleased with the attention they both paid to the details that were important to us and the time they spent solving the unique challenges our particular remodel project presented. Our project required removing existing interior walls, building new interior walls, moving/replacing an interior closet door, removing a portion of existing wall to wall carpeting, installing new vinyl plank flooring in its place, and last but not least - within an existing wall, creating a custom snug-fitting, recessed, exactly-flush-mounted television w/sound bar area for us. Reichardt Remodeling fulfilled all the requirements of our project on-time, within budget, and with precision. The finished space is exactly what we need and we're enjoying it very much. Several product and design recommendations made by Dan and his son throughout the project make the space better than we anticipated. We would most definitely hire Reichardt Remodeling again and we certainly recommend them to anyone looking for professionals in the remodeling business."

"Josh did a great job replacing our ceiling. The job took longer then expected but overall a great job. I would hire again if needed."

"We needed a new lower roof and once the winter weather broke we got put into the schedule and the work was done promptly. Took them only one day to rip off the roof, cut out three bad spots and replace with new plywood. Then re-shingle the roof and re-side one wall. It looks great and best of all no leaks. Everyone was very professional, provided us pictures of the damage they fixed and left the property as clean as they found it. Great experience!

"I contacted CMP to give me an estimate for a bathroom remodel. Brian was prompt to respond and set an appointment. Him and his crew took measurements and went over every detail of the project, answering all my questions. Scheduled and started on time. Demoed powder room to bare studs and floors. Ran new plumbing to add shower. Ran new electric for GFI outlets. Installed new toilet, shower and vanity. Installed new tile in shower and floors. New sheetrock and paint. Finished on time. Thank you!"

"Tom and his crew remodeled my kitchen and powder room, and they did an exceptional job! Their price is very competitive and quality is second to none. Tom is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and went the extra mile to make sure that every detail was done right. I would highly recommend Total Home Solution and hope to work with Tom again on other projects in the future."

"John was very easy to work with in general.  He came in and assessed the job as promised & on time.  His quote was substantially less & his estimated timeline faster than other contractors I had come in for an estimate.  The original scope of the work was only the basement remodel including hardwood flooring, drywall repair, baseboard & crown mouldings.  His quote only included the labor portion of the work and did not include materials or disposal.  This was something that he was clear about at the beginning.  When I had questions about the types of materials to use or about options, he listened to my concerns and helped me understand the options available.  When John had questions about the job, he contacted me right away instead of assuming what I would want done.

I proposed the additional work soon after John started the job, and he quickly quoted and completed the additional work.  He even purchased & disposed of all of the materials for the work on the shed.  I offered several times to give him a partial payment to cover the cost of the work done so far, but John refused to take any payment until the job was completed.  John did everything as he said he would and kept coming back until I was completely satisfied.

John is someone that I would highly recommend for general contracting work as he was true to his word and his goal was my complete satisfaction."

"Great job! I will definitely recommend Cowans Masonry to family and friends"
