They had cloths on my floors, as they were in and out of my crawl space. They even left to get a particular component, specific for my install. No damage to home. There was no laughing or joking around. They were concentrated on install, measuring, calculating out loud between the three of them. No cussing or profanity, either. Julian was professional and explained everything to me, including why manual was left on unit, so when inspector came, it was there, as it couldn't be signed off without it. Thermostat looks great! He also knew a lot about furnaces, which is my next thing. *Beware of companies won't give you prices on ANYTHING and/or charge you estimate to come to your house... Another reason I picked PEAK HOME was their receptionists! Sweetest, most understanding ladies! If you need to install A/C, go with this company - definitely recommend!"

"As the intern worked, Peter tried to sell me on the idea of a new fuse box stating dangers and codes on the existing one.  The cost, after his making some calls for parts, would run around $1200.  I told him it would have to be at another time.  I had a sun room added to my home a few years ago and the electrician at that time found no fault with the fuse box.
They were at my house not quite 2 hours and spent many trips to the truck to get small parts needed for the outlets and switch.  As usual, parts were only a small fraction of the cost of the repair.
They charged $215.00 which I considered high. Again, they only repaired 2 outlets and one switch, all located inside my house within easy reach.  At the time of payment,  I asked the rate .  I was told $80 per hour for himself and $27 per hour for the intern.  I do not feel it right having to pay for both men on such a small job.  The intern's wage should not be considered in my billing.  Since he was verbally telling the young man what to do, the work would have been performed quicker if he had been doing the work himself.
Since I found them on Angie's lost, I erroneously did ask if I was paying for the intern also.  I assumed incorrectly.
 As a senior on a limited income, next time I most likely will look farther for better pricing.
I asked Peter how he managed to get to the top of Angie's list and he made reference to the fact he paid money?????

"They arrived on time, and quickly solved and repaired both problems within 30 minutes. As jobs go, this one was very easy, but Justin (I think that was his name) made sure to FIX what was wrong, instead of telling me I had to have a more expensive service. We lucked out on this one, seeing as the house was built in 1984, it could very possibly have been needing a rewiring, or replacing the housing unit for the outside socket that was not working. A very efficient and friendly team!!! I loved their professionalism, and quality of work."

"Bradley is very professional and very knowledgeable and on time. He was also able to get started on our house right away when others said it would be weeks. Our breaker box was very old and the wiring in our house was a mess and it needed replaced and repaired. We only had a couple of electrical outlets inside the house and we had no power to the bathroom. We also wanted him to also install new ceiling lights and we wanted him to add new outlets. Bradley replaced the old fuse box with a new fuse box and he added new outlets and replaced the old ceiling lights with new ones. He also got power restored to the bathroom. When he was done everything worked like brand-new and his rates were by far the best that we could find. It was the first time ever using an electrician that we felt like we didn't get ripped off."
