"I wouldn't grade her real high. She had a couple of college students do all the work. She charged me over $300 and I'm sure she didn't pay them much. I wasn't real excited about that. I think I would have done better calling up the kids from my school. The young man that came was very good. I don't feel like the woman that booked the appointment planned very well. Two people couldn't clean my house in three hours. The punctuality was good. She wasn't very professional. I wouldn't use them again."

I needed the tile in my kitchen and bathroom repaired after buying a "fixer-upper" house. Jaun came in and gave a fair estimate and explained the process in detail.
