"Fine - no issues found. I was able to see the camera output and verify there was nothing blocking this section of pipe. They did see that there's a slight bend in the pipe just as it reaches the septic tank, causing a small puddle to form, but it was not preventing flow.

"We called in the order and scheduled the time, however, when the technicians arrived, they did not have the scaffolding needed to reach the ceiling and had to reschedule. When they arrived the second time, they didn't have the platforms for the scaffolding and had to go purchase it from Home Depot. I assisted the two technicians in setting up the scaffolding and the install. I think they could have done it themselves, but if I helped, they would complete faster. The fan was VERY large, and they did a good job of removing the old one and installing the new one. Overall, very pleasant to work with, just could have been a bit more prepared. Reasonable rate with the Angie's list coupon."
