"I hired this company and the first time they came out, the experience was wonderful ? the two workers were very kind and professional. However, they forgot to secure a bolt, so they sent out a second crew to fix it. Unfortunately, the second experience was very disappointing. They left my bathroom a MESS, with what looked like mud (or worse) smeared on the wall, toilet, door, and the floor. On top of that, the part they installed looked a bit out of place. They also mentioned being ready to go home, which made it seem like they rushed through the job. I find it very unprofessional that they didn?t clean up after themselves or at least let me know they had made a mess. I had to repaint my walls. "

Mr. Fleming came to work almost daily, sparingly. He told me that the job would take 2 weeks at most, but as we speak, I am still awaiting completion of my ADA compliant grab bars and the crew-in shower rod negotiated in the deal.
