"Never got my estimate. Larry went and measured, still never got my quote. He needed additional info from me, it took me three weeks to respond, so I understand some of the delay. I called at least three times after that info was given, was told Larry had a desk full of proposals that he was working on, they would get back to me. It has been over nine weeks since measurements were taken, still nothing. Happy this is a second home, so not desperate to do this work, but still find it very unprofessional. Baer Glass did install a prior shower door that we were happy with a few years ago, the reason for contacting them for a replacement in the beginning. Moving on!"
