"It went great. After we agreed to a style (had I bet 70 - 100 to choose from) their measurement man arrived as scheduled. He was fantastic (his name is Brian). When he found that the old counter had spacing between it and the wall, he realized that the outside wall was not perfect. So he went to his truck and returned with material to create a model for the new counter. He did not hurry and in fact was meticulous with sizing and calculations. He was also cordial and professional thoughout. He suggested the single piece again (the salesperson, Dennis, was the first to suggest this technique). <br /> <br /> The counter and the setup people arrived on time on the date selected. Steve was the central setup person and was excellent. He took everything out with the salesperson - Dennis - as his assistant. The single unit fit perfectly! There was no need for any trim as the old counter had (that trim had covered the spacing between the wall and the old counter). Steve was also an excellent plumber as he insisted that the plumbing to the new sink be perfect. <br /> <ol> <li>My wife and I are very pleased with the new counter and the professional job done putting it in! We will call Dennis immediately if we ever need to do more.</li> </ol>"

"Jim was prompt, easy to work with, and very hard working. Though his resume does not show it, he is a skilled carpenter. He found creative solutions to the many challenges, while being considerate of our budget. His finish and detail work is excellent. Examples, installing along brick edge of fireplace, installing new floor registers, creating invisible transitions, disguising alterations to a kitchen cabinet. We greatly appreciated his sensitivity to our living conditions (we have dogs who are part of the family) during this disruptive project. We will be hiring Jim to do additional work as soon as our budget allows. Be aware, Jim can sometimes be difficult to contact prior to beginning work."

Both windows were built into some custom trim, and we were concerned that the replacements would fit into the decor of the rooms.While they were unable to reuse some of the original trim, they were able to provide new trim that -+was acceptable to us. Only two issues were the outside trim on the windows and a light fixture damaged during installation; both issues were resolved to our satisfaction."

"He built a deck on the back of our house that incorporated our existing porch and a pergola with a polycarbonate roof that tied onto our garage to act as covered parking. He did a great job following my design and pulling the permits for us. The quality of the work was amazing and even said so by the other contractors who were doing work on our house.
