"We bought the Service One home warranty just after we moved into our new house in January (after a recommendation from a friend) and I am so glad we did. Just recently as it warmed up we scheduled our AC service to have it included in our warranty coverage but the compressor was broken and leaking (although it was declared working by the previous homeowner) and as the whole system was the original when the house was built 18 yrs ago, it made sense to replace it. Just before the AC broke we had some technicians out about our very noisy and leaking dishwasher, as the part to replace was almost $240, and the machine was very old, we were offered money towards a new machine. We used Factory Appliance Direct and got a brand new, almost silent dishwasher which looks lovely in our kitchen. It's great having the dishwasher on and being able to hear the TV!!! They provided a very easy service to shop for a replacement. <br /> <br /> <br /> We are very happy with our experience so far with Service One, their customer service skills are strong and I would definitely recommend them."
