"We've had a lot of renovation work done on our house over the last several years, and Superior Kitchens And Baths was the best company that we've worked with overall. Jane, Brandon, and their entire crew and subcontractors were all great to work with. They were very responsive, hard working, professional, stuck closely to their schedules, and did high quality work across the board. Additionally, Jane, Brandon, and Dustin are genuinely nice people that were great to get to know and interact with throughout the effort. From the start, Jane and Brandon came up with creative solutions to allow us to get everything we wanted in the renovation, and figured out potential pitfalls and workarounds before the work even started. They were great with helping us decide on overall designs and individual items throughout the work. They put together a thorough breakdown of costs for their proposal that they tracked throughout the effort, as well as a schedule that they stuck closely to. When unforeseen circumstances came up with folks getting sick and being unable to work, Brandon worked long days and weekends to keep caught up with their schedule. They seemed to treat the job like it was their own house. Overall, we'd highly recommend them, and would hire them again for any future work."

"I thought my disposal had died and would need replacement.  One of Cuddy's plumbers showed up promptly, despite snowy streets, and got it going with a couple of simple moves; he would only accept payment for his time and the trip.  He also showed me what to do if the situation recurs.  Considering that he could have sold me a new disposal and made a lot more money, I appreciated his ethical choice in doing the repair and then showing me how to deal with it in future.

"Russ was excellent. Our home is historic with old plumbing and he kept us informed of our options to unclog the drains and used several methods to get them working, without damaging the existing pipes. He is very knowledgeable about plumbing and materials used in the 1930's and before, and took that into consideration before performing any work. One sink drain just would not clear, so he scheduled us for a second visit, giving us time to clear out a closet, and carefully measured and cut through a small section of closet wall to get at the piping. After clearing the clog, he replaced and updated a section of piping, and was very helpful about how he thought it best to repair the wall. My husband did some minor carpentry, and both our sinks are clearing better than they have been in many years. I would definitely use Provost Plumbing and Russ for all our other plumbing jobs. He is nice, professional, and prompt!"

Ivaldo and his son, Angelo (who did the work) did a great job pricing the job and even had an electrician they worked with do the lighting installation. "This was not an inexpensive project and they were upfront when I first contacted them of what the expected price range would be. They also gave me the option of cancelling after the initial design was complete and only be billed for charges incurred. This was a very invasive project to my home as it required a variety of different tradesmen coming and going during the day. This was mitigated by sealing off the area of the house where the work was done to contain dust and limit damage. There were a few issues with the quality of workmanship as it progressed,  but they were resolved quickly and redone to meet their standards.  The job was complete within a few days of the original schedule. When a small issue arose a month after the job was complete and paid for, that issue was resolved immediately and at no cost. 
Most importantly, I now have a new bathroom that I'm happy with."

"See above. While he was here, I asked the provider for an estimate on another plumbing issue I had. He explained how he could do the repair and told me he would send an estimate but I never heard from him again. He did a very good job on my faucet replacement though."
