"Gisem and his assistant rebuilt a wooden retaining wall that prevents my front walkway from losing dirt underneath it and collapsing. They did a wonderful job installing iron rods through the wood into the ground and three wooden posts anchored in concrete to keep it stable. It looks great and I'm confident it will last for a long, long time. Very pleasant folks to deal with and very professional. I highly recommend UConn Fence and Masonry!"

He was the man that came up for the estimate and the one who did the job with his brother and dad. "I had my whole yard fenced in originally with vinyl and chain link fencing by Paragon Fence. Two posts of the vinyl portion of the fence heaved out of the ground because the original company did not dig the posts at the required depth. When this happened, the original company did not help me so I contacted Durham. They came out and repaired the 2 sections and did a good job. I live in a high point of the city with a lot of heavy winds during the winter and the fence repair has held up very well. I appreciate their help since most companies will not repair a shoddy job done by other companies. "The work performed was incredible. AJ and his team are real pros. The cost for all of the work they performed was more than reasonable. AJ came out for an estimate and explained the work he was going to do and gave me options on what different things he could do to help me out. He kept my wife and I in the loop every step of the way during the project. In addition, the crew didn't rush the job. They made sure the job was done right. Before the work was performed our basement would flood very easily when it rained. After the work was performed it rained and the basement was bone dry. This was a huge relief. Not having to mop up water every fifteen minutes was wonderful. Our sump pump doesn't run half as much as it used to. "The process was seem less.  After visiting their manufacturing site,  I chose the style fencing that I was interested in. Steve came out to my house and took measurements at which point we made some changes in the style. He accommodated us without  any trouble. After the fence was complete, he and his crew came out to fit it before the powder coating process commenced. They installed it yesterday, 3/30/16, and it look s great !!"
