"I recently hired Exteriors of CT to replace the windows and gutters and install vinyl siding on my house. They did an excellent job. Their rep spent as much time with us as we needed to plan the jobs appropriately. Their pricing was more detailed, and ultimately lower, than others we had quoted making us comfortable we were getting the best value with them. In executing the jobs we were pleased with some of the extra details they included that were not explicitly listed in the contract. Unfortunately for us, there was lots of hidden rot that was uncovered during the process which lead to considerable extra work. This extra work did, of course, result in additional cost but they were reasonable in negotiating these costs. We felt they were quite fair about keeping the additional costs under control. We are very pleased with the final result. I have recommended them to one person considering similar work on their house, and will do so for others."

I ended up purchasing additional time from him. He was punctual, very professional, and the finished work product was excellent. The project included walls, ceilings, wood trim and two wooden staircases in an old Victorian house. David came up with a very creative solution for painting the front staircase, which fit into my limited budget and gave a beautiful result.

He is very professional and a really nice guy. It was a pleasure to work with him. His crew was hard working and did a beautiful job on our house. They used quality material, such as heavy gauge oversized gutters and downspouts. The trim work was precise and the attention to detail was outstanding. To top it off the price was very reasonable. Due to Covid the production of the 25â Certainteed Monogram Siding we wanted was put on hold. During the long wait Arthur stayed in touch with us giving us updates. He never pushed us to use a different product even though we waited about two years. It was worth the wait. The product is beautiful and being 25â it drastically reduces the number of overlaps on the house. I highly recommended American House."
