"Tom Hawks had the best pricing out of the 4 people that I had come and do estimates for our requested work.  He was super easy going and easy to work with.  All of our projects were completed on time.  The hardwood flooring refinishing is just beautiful, they did a wonderful job.  It was also easy to explain to Tom what specific items I wanted for our doors (I have very specific taste) and he did all he could to make sure I got what I wanted.  Some of the pricing came in over estimate but that was simply because we did not know all of our doorways would need custom sized doors.  Tom explained that to me when I asked him about the difference in price.  Overall I was very pleased with the work that was done and would suggest Total Home Solution to others for any home remodeling needs.

A large area of the garage ceiling (about 8’ x 10’) had water damage and needed new drywall. JA Drywall was very professional and quick to respond to emails and phone calls. "We needed a new lower roof and once the winter weather broke we got put into the schedule and the work was done promptly. Took them only one day to rip off the roof, cut out three bad spots and replace with new plywood. Then re-shingle the roof and re-side one wall. It looks great and best of all no leaks. Everyone was very professional, provided us pictures of the damage they fixed and left the property as clean as they found it. Great experience!

"I contacted CMP to give me an estimate for a bathroom remodel. Brian was prompt to respond and set an appointment. Him and his crew took measurements and went over every detail of the project, answering all my questions. Scheduled and started on time. Demoed powder room to bare studs and floors. Ran new plumbing to add shower. Ran new electric for GFI outlets. Installed new toilet,shower and vanity. Installed new tile in shower and floors. New sheetrock and paint. Finished on time. "John was very easy to work with in general.  He came in and assessed the job as promised & on time.  His quote was substantially less & his estimated timeline faster than other contractors I had come in for an estimate.  The original scope of the work was only the basement remodel including hardwood flooring, drywall repair, baseboard & crown mouldings.  His quote only included the labor portion of the work and did not include materials or disposal.  This was something that he was clear about at the beginning.  When I had questions about the types of materials to use or about options, he listened to my concerns and helped me understand the options available.  When John had questions about the job, he contacted me right away instead of assuming what I would want done.

I proposed the additional work soon after John started the job, and he quickly quoted and completed the additional work.  He even purchased & disposed of all of the materials for the work on the shed.  I offered several times to give him a partial payment to cover the cost of the work done so far, but John refused to take any payment until the job was completed.  John did everything as he said he would and kept coming back until I was completely satisfied.

John is someone that I would highly recommend for general contracting work as he was true to his word and his goal was my complete satisfaction."
