I am very pleased with how the floor looks they did a very quick job some very weird layouts because my house is strange though I love its eccentricity. Though it takes a long time to book him because he is usually busy he works very fast, but not sloppily, and the work was completed in approximately 4 days with a small crew of three one of whom was his son. we are almost done with most of our work but I'm a call him back for some minor repairs thing that needs to be completed the only complaint I have is that at least one of the workers is a smoker and I found a few cigarette butts in my yard or in the bushes next to where they were sawing which was not very pleasant. That is a minor complaint though because as contractors go they show up on time and they get the work done and they get the work done well; which, I don't know if you use very many contractors, is unusual and a good thing. Overall I would use them again in a heartbeat and I would suggest them to other people. <br />"

Robert Melvin contacted me and set up a date within two days to come by my house and provide me an estimate.  <br /> Robert was prompt on keeping the scheduled appointment. He is a very nice young man and he handles himself in a very professional and respectful manner. I know you may think this is strange to make a comment regarding these qualities regarding Robert; however, as I get older, respect and honor showed towards our elders is disappearing. It listed exactly what work would be performed and the associated costs for each of the items. <br /> The only reason for not choosing Holland Homes is that the total costs were a little higher than an equal competitor in the local market. <br /> I will definitely consider Holland Homes if I have roofing needs in the future, or if I know of someone needing roofing work I will gladly refer them to consider Holland Homes as a potential contractor to complete the work. <br />"

"J R arrived promptly 2/22 and we worked out itemized work order.  He and his crew arrived on schedule next day and went right to work in a knowledgeable manner.  Likewise following 2 days.  I mentioned that I'd also like him to erect purple martin housing unit and he promptly said he'd add it at no additional charge.  When all work was very professionally completed I walked around area with J R and made few final clean-up suggestions and he took care of them immediately.  J R is a very pleasant and accomodating person.  I could not have asked for a better experience.  (Delayed submission of this report is due to my own health problems and is no reflection in any way on J R's excellent service!)"

"Everything went great!  We were very satisfied with the service we received so we plan to have the team come out once a month to do cleaning.  However the monthly maintenance will not be as in depth it will get those areas we cannot due to a busy life schedule.  In fact, we did have our first monthly cleaning on 12/14 where 2 cleaning ladies came out.  They took about 1.5 hours and the house looked much better.  It was nice to have someone wash the floors and vacuum the rugs with a powerful vacuum.  The ladies were professional and kept pace to get the job done. <br />"

"They are honest about things that needed to be done, that he could or could not do. He has a lot going on and so he has to work on bigger project first but that is common. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. I would use his services again in the future, as eventually it’s the right thing."
