"I had a mini-split AC/Heat unit installed in my second floor bedroom to supplement my central AC. The second floor room is directly under the eaves of the house so wall space was a challenge. The house also has brick facade which added to the challenges. I hired Gorjanc Comfort Services, to install a 24,000 BTU mini-split ductless AC/heat unit and I couldn't be happier. On June 6, 2016, I initially rated the service as a D due to the need for me to pay $75.00 to another vendor to install the outside vent cover that the Lowes technician broke during cleaning vents. However, in November 2016 the company called me after seeing my initial review on Angie's list and said they would repay me for the vent cover since it appears that it was the technicians fault. I was very impressed with the professionalism the company demonstrated with reimbursing me. The company representative informed me that I should have called to resolve the situation about the vent cover and they would have replaced it free since their employee broke it."
