"I can’t speak highly enough of Francisco and his crew at Tricolor. They were on time with the projected start date. Francisco and his whole crew were extremely professional. They picked up after themselves and left no trash around at all. They took their time and clearly take pride in their work. They didn’t rush through the job. Every brick was checked with a level. They also went above and beyond to make sure our sprinkler system was working properly. They found some pipes cracked and heads that need replaced. Also, rerouted a sprinkler line and head as it was covered by the company that did the concrete work. The landscape around our patio looks amazing. I would hire Tricolor for ANY future projects."

"Kevin worked with us to modify our plan slightly, made sure the grading was proper to insure drainage was away from the house, and carefully installed it. He did an excellent job. I did make a change from the original plan after they had dug up the soil and he was willing to let me make that change for which I am grateful. He spent the time to explain our different options, how the pricing broke down, and why, and gave recommendations as to what he would do for a new lawn installation. Matt is also following up regularly to ensure the lawn is rooting and installing properly. He is doing everything he can to ensure we are happy with the job. Matt's crew was very nice and personable as well. They worked long days to get everything done on time."

On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like. He arrived shortly after the phone call, came in and quickly recognized that the pump had failed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with his service and look forward to him returning to install a new pump."
