The windows slide effortlessly. We had a gutter issue and they came up with a creative idea to manage the water. Our neighbors are stopping to see it. We chose the windows floor to ceiling and you can see the ornamental grass through it, a beautiful look. The installers were friendly and easy to talk with. We love it! Highly recommended! A++"

"GTL came out and listened to what we wanted, they assisted in the planning portion of our designs, as things went further they did things that we felt were above and beyond anything any other contractor would have done, the build was to code or better, with no short cuts, they came out on weekends, holidays, after hours etc. to make sure things were being done. One weekend it rained, we had two different guys stop by on their day off to make sure things were secure. When the job was done Travis stopped by the talk about another job we want done, at the time I was building chairs, I'm disabled, he offered to help me with the chairs."

"Had used their tech Fred twice before with no problems. They were very responsive but other tech scheduled had urgent dental work. Rescheduled three more weeks out with other tech. Had headphones in and did not hear knock or call. Rescheduled and I mistook date and was in Maine when they arrived. Since I was outside their usual area I felt it better to cancel project since I only had six months lease. They stated would refund, and I will appreciate since I am a senior in fixed income."
