But if you need timely repairs, I strongly advise you to think twice before purchasing their service plan. My air conditioner broke on June 20. A technician came out the next day, June 21, and confirmed the compressor needed replacement. The part was ordered the same day, and I was told it would arrive by June 25. Since then, I've called daily. Each time, the receptionist tells me, "It's coming today." I've repeatedly asked to speak with a parts manager and was promised a callback--yet I only received one call, on June 27. As of today, July 2, the issue is still unresolved. Meanwhile, my elderly parents have been living in extreme heat during a heatwave. Please think carefully before signing up with this company.
