Called me from house told me what it would cost to repair the damage. He made some suggestions on the repair. I gave him the green light over the phone based on the things we discussed. "George's painting, inc was responsive and professional from start to finish. The project entailed wallpaper removal from 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen, repainting those rooms; installing a tile backsplash and vinyl tile floor in the kitchen; replacing the kitchen countertop; repairing a cabinet; repairing drywall and painting the ceiling in the master bedroom. The owner came out to do the estimate himself. He was accommodating when I wanted to expand the scope of the initial project and came out a second time to give me an updated estimate. He was easy to reach via cell or email. The estimate was more than fair. His crew completed the job in three days. The crew was polite, professional, and did a good job cleaning up at the end of each work day. I highly recommend this company and would use them again."

They scheduled the roof first. Two days later they did my siding and windows.

They were not the lowest price, but were close. About $1000 higher than the lowest bid.

The window replacements were done 3-4 years ago.  The windows are good quality.  The measurement of one window was not done properly and the installer did a fix by adding spray foam.  The deck was done 2 years ago.  The deck installers were fired as they made so many mistakes.  The deck install was suppose to be done in a week, it took 3 weeks.

I had a service tech com out to check a deck problem in May.  He is no longer working there and was laid off with almost all of the staff in Gaithersburg.  I called over a week ago for a service follow-up call.  The receptionist in Baltimore answered the phone, as there is no one in Gaithersburg and the phones are forwarded.  I am still waiting more than a week for a follow-up service phone call to be returned by the person who schedules service calls.   I have no idea how long it will take before someone can come to my home.  I am concerned that if I had a major problem, I would be waiting months to get a window repaired.

"We had the roof on our 2640 square-foot house replaced with an architectural-style one in Williamsburg Slate, grey tones with subtle red tones. We are very satisfied with the roof. The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here! Financing is available."

"The folks at All Exteriors were VERY good. They answered the first call to them, made an appointment and a representative arrived ahead of time to do the repair work needed. The job could have neen completed withtn three hours of my initial call but the craftsman who was doing the repair did not like the match of his available parts to what was on our home. He said they woyuld make the correct sized piece and replace it for a better appearance to our home. He was right! The repair looks great and they DID NOT charge extra for the making of the new part!"
