I never heard from the third. I told both I was gathering information and would call to schedule an estimate. I called and scheduled two companies, including USA Insulation, to come make an estimate. One company called one minute before scheduled and wanted to re-schedule. Chris from USA was on time. We were pleased with his offer and accepted. He scheduled the installation for the next day. William and his helper arrived, set everything up, and went to work. I checked regularly and photographed the attic. When they were through, they thoroughly cleaned the area. We were quite pleased. "The only reason for a four versus five star rating is the equipment problems and the under estimated materials. The trailor with the equipment broke an axle and they don't have a back up. I would think you always have a back up for such a critical component of your business. Then, they ran out of the checmicals and had to return the next morning to finish the job. he technicians admitted this has happened before because they are fairly new at the spray foam installation process. So back up equipment and better estimation training is needed for this company to deserve five stars. The technicians were first rate, courteous, and their work was impeccable. All five stars for them and the courteous sales rep who was also very knowledgeable about insulation matters, but not enough to estimate the amount of product needed."
