"I received 3 roofing estimates, but Pro line was the only to thoroughly understand the full scope of the project (water infiltration into the basement) and recommend all of the correct fixes (repair/replace 2 gutters, add valley flashing at roof/wall intersection, replace building paper on wall below and replace flashing at wall/porch intersection to divert water away from foundation). Both other companies just offered band-aid solutions to the gutters and/or tried to up-sell replacing gutters that were not involved in the basement leak. Thiago, the owner, replied quickly to my initial call, requested photos by text, and was able to come to my home within a couple of days to provide an estimate of the repair.  To my great relief, he had a break in their schedule, and within 3 days of the estimate, his team was able to come and repair the steps.  The men were very precise in their work, choosing each stone individually, and cleaned carefully after the job was complete.
