There was no follow up by sales staff and company requires close to 50 % down before work. Down payment, another fee for the template and remainder on install. Tile selection on site OK if you want the standard stone all the model homes are getting. I went with someone else for tile work. Installer was 5 hours late on day of install. Sent to do another job even though I was told I'd be first. So install went past 6 pm."
