"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"Chance and his assistant replaced our water heater. It was located in the garage on a small platform. They were fast, friendly, and efficient and very fair priced! I will definitely invite Chance to our home for any future projects. Polite people!"

"Boden Plumbing was able to send a team over immediately and they worked diligently to correct the problem....nowhere near as easy as they thought upon arrival."

"Our experience with local contractors has been hit and miss at best. They want to be paid like professionals, but donâ t want to take the time to do the work professionally. Many times I have had to correct mistakes or argue with them about the quality of the work. The favorite saying is â that not the way we normally do itâ . So it was refreshing to work with Andy. He gave me what I believed to be a reasonable price for professional work. He even went the extra mile and helped me with getting rid of an old water softener. And cracked open the anode rod the first time for me at my request. If you have never tried to remove one, itâ s near impossible when the tank is installed if has not been cracked before. Maybe something he might add as a curtesy in the future."

"Very professional, thoroughly explained the problems with my old system and showed me what he was doing. Tried several different solutions to resolve the problem. We selected Moore to replace the system - work was scheduled quickly and the installation team was very professional."

"Marcell and True Blue Plumbing were a pleasure to work with. He was friendly and took pride in his work and client satisfaction. Marcell installed a gas line for me in Napa within the same week of providing the estimate, and he even helped me flush out my water heater free of charge. I will definitely use him for any future plumbing needs. My profession is a property manager and itâ s hard to find quality vendors like True Blueâ ¦Thanks again."

"The plumber came almost at the end of the appointed time. When he arrived, he was fairly arrogant, and refused to negotiate despite coming from Angie's list. Lastly, he repaired the leaky line in about an hour, charging $530, and also did not provide the water plastic box for water line. We had to purchase one from another store. When I paid for the invoice, they didn't tell me that they are charging additional 3% with credit card. All in all, they did the work, but at a high price, and so so customer service."

"Arrived on time and finished the job within a hour. Also helped restart my gas water heater."

"Excellent from start to finish. Arrived on time, replaced our old water heater with a new one, left everything very clean and, from what I can tell, provided excellent workmanship at a very reasonable price."

"I requested a quote on Sunday night and was able to get the plumber to do an evaluation the following afternoon and provide me a quote which I accepted. He replaced and installed the 2 bathroom faucets that same day. He did a great job and I am very pleased with the work."
