They were very kind and professional. Eugene and Ryan did an amazing job. They had to cut out and replace brass fittings and pex piping, replace the shut-off valve and replace the kitchen faucet. They know what they re doing and make a great team! I am very pleased with the results! We knew from our home inspection prior to buying that the water heater that was installed by the previous homeowners was improperly installed and was leaking, so we wanted to get it fixed ASAP. Kevin came out that week and was honest about how unsafe the old system was. He was knowledgeable about both gas and electric systems and sent over a detailed summary and estimate that afternoon.
