"The crew did a great job installing our new systems both upstairs and down. We are on their annual maintenance plan and Kyle has always been very professional and accommodating. If we need any help Short Pump responds quickly. Overall we have had a very good working relationship with Short Pump."

"I've been using C3 for several years. They have both fixed and replaced my HVAC units, as well as provided maintenance ongoing. Every time I've had a need for their services I have received top notch , prompt response and reasonable pricing. They've done so well for me, everyone else on my street now uses them as well."

"The installation was seamless and they recently came out on a service call and patiently and clearly explained how to maintain the heat pump to me (I have zero mechanical knowledge and I understood the instructions very well). The recommended efficient heat pump is great for our house! I am impressed and would recommend them to everyone!"

"I had a great experience. The owner was very uplifting and pleasant when he called. He understood the system that I was trying to explain I wanted for my garage. I wanted a mini split system with hot and cool air for my garage. He sent a sales/survey person Andy who surveyed my area and gave me a price before he left the premises. He described where the units would be placed, the size of the holes, how they would be covered and how the wires would be ran and concealed. The technicians came in and confirmed where we had previously discussed putting the units. They were very professional. The Technicians even had to drill 3 inch holes in stone which looked very professional. The wire access area is concealed with nice looking cover plates. In my case, the entire process from the callback on Monday to the sales/survey appointment on Tuesday and install on Wednesday took 3 days for completion. They placed their unit next to my central air unit outdoors and together they both look very professional. I will use them again for my shed."

"Great install and customer service."

"Very professional installation. Very pleasant and respectful. Completed in one day. Price was very competitive."

"Gas furnace installers spent over an hour and a half working on an electrical and control wire box with on/off switch. This delayed the completion of the gas furnace (Ruud high-efficiency). Tricky, to say the least, to close the electrical box and not damage the control wires."

"We had a very complicated issue with our Energy recovery ventilator. TJ was extremely knowledgeable about this piece of equipment. You successfully tracked down the problem and fixed it. He also figured out a complicated electrical issue with the Honeywell TrueZone damper actuator that both BUDS HEATING AND AC and a master electrician could not figure out. After completing those two tasks, he installed a new Aprilaire humidifier. He accomplished all this for a very reasonable price. I could not recommend him more!!"

"The sales associate was on time, install techs were on time and everything went great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I have no experience with their service dept since nothing has gone wrong in the last 4 months. The did say I would not save money since my previous heat pump had a higher SEER rating than what I purchased but here they were wrong, I am saving money since the system works so well and it's quiet which my neighbor appreciates. They explained everything and did file manufacturers paper work. My best experience ever with a HVAC company"
