He texted me a photo of himself in front of his Mr. Appliance vehicle, so I would know it was him. After arriving, within fifteen minutes, he found out exactly what the issue was. To me, that's fast. Jeremy was very professional, told me what the issue was and friendly in his demeanor. I really appreciate that type of service. He went beyond the call of duty--even vacuumed the dusty areas, including the coils! He told me to call him if no ice were made within 24 hours and he would return, but it was making ice in 3 or 4 hours and no water leaks!
