The response was that a plumber (Eddie Guerrero) was in the area and would come by in the morning for an estimate. It was discovered that the water heater needed replacement and the system brought up to code. Mr. Guerrero took care of water leakage and quickly gave an estimate, explaining the options fully. Once the estimate was received via text and phone calls, he came back a few hours later to make the install. He was efficient and thorough and communicated great about the install throughout.
