The contractors were very professional and pleasant to work with , despite the additional work and pressure to get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. I haven't had as much confidence in a contractor since our roofing and siding was done. Sadly, that gentleman has retired. We plan on having Mike do the finish coat on the entire house in the spring. It is such a relief to know our house is in such good hands."

They removed all the bad work, replaced bricks that were too far gone, and repaired the pointing where necessary. "Jessica Bianchini, the set up person, was very efficient. We had a stone mason by the name of Ron who fixed a broken keystone in our front porch archway, and the break is now undetectable. We are having them come back to fix some stucco in several areas. They are very good and quick. Highly recommend and pricing is reasonable."

"Initial estimate was 5-8 days, but we were going in blind because the siding was not yet removed. After removal, we discovered all the remaining issues. The estimate went up as we made change orders but all the estimates were reasonable. The time eventually extended to about 3 weeks but the amount of work was definitely high. The guys made sure to clean up the rubble and messes they made every day. While having the paint stripper in the front was inconvenient, Pat stayed late to clean up and make sure we were able to get in and out of the house no problem. The pointing job looked great, and all cracked and broken bricks were repaired well. We have gotten a lot of compliments from neighbors about how much better the house looks now. Pat and Ryan are great masons and will do everything relating to masonry and stone. They are very straightforward about not doing carpentry or electrical systems, so if that's a part of the job, they can either recommend someone to help out, or you should make sure to handle it yourself. Communication with Pat is very fast and very clear. He will explain the details of the job to you very carefully, and will also provide careful records of invoices and payments. They are also very accommodating of various needs like access to the house, neighborhood requirements, etc."

I don't have a ton of experience with chimney repair so the price seemed on the high end of reasonable, but he was responsive on the first day and came to do the repair as soon as weather permitted. We just had our first rain since the repair and everything stayed very dry. Well worth any additional expense."
