"My handyman recommended Aldefer glass as I need to replace the glass in my shower since it was an unusual size. When they were here to measure they mentioned they also could replace my kitchen windows. I was excited, one stop shopping. Well it’s two different departments... They had to come back and remeasure the windows, Another 2 week wait. They would not order until I gave them a 50% deposit (which is OK). They told me it would be 2 wks to get the glass then approx 2 weeks to install. I had to call numerous times to see if windows had arrived and schedule install. Bottomline my 4 wk anticipated install was over 2 months, then the middle glass in the tempered shower shattered during install ( 2 phone calls and 4 Additional weeks later shower complete). Kitchen windows still not right. Flys keep getting stuck between window and screen so I can’t open 2 of 6 windows in my kitchen. Terrible customer service. I have several more windows that I need to replace, they will not get my business. Truly awful experience."

"Excellent. David was very efficient at getting me quickly scheduled for the installation of the film and once at our home, he and his assistant neatly finished the job in only a few hours. He is truly an expert in this kind of work and is very meticulous. The film works great keeping out UV and heat rays and allows our home to stay full of sunshine throughout the day without damaging furniture, wall hangings, rugs etc. or adding to the AC load.
