"Our home is a 50's cape cod. What that means in real language is that nothing is square. Everything has settled so that there are indents, misalignments, etc. everywhere! Our dog did some major damage on bay window sill as well. Dave first did work for my husband over 20 years ago. Nothing has changed in all that time. He does the quality work now that he did then. In fact, he's better! He estimated the job, advised me where I could get the best costs on tile and styles (as I wanted to pick out the finishes). Gave me a spot on estimate of the time it would take and - as always - arrived at the hour promised to complete the task. It is beautiful and we absolutely love it! Somehow, he worked his magic to make the lines look straight!"

"Air conditioner inspected and repaired."

"Curtains were difficult but they are hung. Thank you"

"I needed an 8000 BTU window air conditioner brought up from my basement to the second floor and installed in a window as soon as possible as outside temperatures were approaching 96 + degrees. From the start, on the phone, Gliford Jean (he asked to call him Jean) from Zoe's Property Services, was so polite, personable and accommodating, agreeing to come the next morning. He also agreed to replace the Flush rod and handle on our toilet, and carry a large broken microwave oven to the curb for trash pickup. He showed up promptly, and professionally and knowledgeably and cleanly did all the work as we asked him to. It was the best experience with a handyman I've ever had. My wife and I had him look at another plumbing project and can't wait to have him do that. We're glad he is younger than us so we can say we've found our handyman for life."

"The bedroom was in bad shape, and we needed it done quickly, as our daughter and her husband were visiting in less than a week's time. Steve did an outstanding job in our short time frame. He also completed some minor repairs around the house. I found Steve to be professional and dependable. I plan to use his services again in the near future."

"I met with a few contractors and had several estimates done, they were within an earshot of each other. I hired Mike from Pine tree flooring. He was prompt, neat and walked me through the process of buying to installing the floor.. I normally don’t write reviews but I think when the job exceeds your expectations you should let people know. I would hire Mike again and would refer anyone to him"

"This was a big job that was part of a whole-house renovation. JA Drywall installed framing and drywall throughout my second floor (three bedrooms + hallway) that had experienced a fair amount of water damage as the result of a leaky roof. Juan and Joshua were great coordinating the project--super quick response time for a walk-through & estimate. And the crew were great---super nice guys who did a great job. (One of them even lent me a tool to help with a project I was working on in the kitchen!) Both my carpenter and painters were impressed with their work. I would rehire &/or recommend them in a heartbeat."

"It went well. The installers were conscious of the underground sprinkler system and installed the mailbox without any complications."

"Shaun and his assistant were friendly and professional. We had a slight mix-up with timing but communication on the day of install was good and everything was taken care of. It was a great experience, we discussed other possible jobs at the end of the install."

"The guy did the work but paid too much money for it. Will never hire them again. I needed a starter for my deep freezer it's a magic chef a 5 cubic ft an I paid a lot to get it fixed"
