"It went well enough. Not fully satisfied with all plants or groundcover choices but went with both; my fault. Absolutely no follow-up, excuses of too busy, will stop by later; never happened. Have texted them but not alot; don't want to be a nag. Guarantee follow-up with replacements and/or removal, etc., for a year from $initialization. This has not happened. Nice guys but need to follow-up."

"Wes and his crew have worked with us before (May 2016 - see prior review ) so our expectations were high based on the prior high-quality experience. They exceeded our high expectations in terms of quality and time to get the job done. His description of his company states 'we build your dreams' and this could not be more accurate. We thought about this space for quite some time and had very specific requests about building materials (we wanted Ipe hardwood and particular stones and particular lights and a particular avocado tree!). He took our poorly drawn sketch and turned it into our dream side yard. Turned out as we expected only the color of the wood really pops and looks amazing against the rock. As with the last job, he pays attention to all of the unseen structural details - the stepping stones are all cemented in and level, the planters - while appearing to be above ground - are all anchored and level. This team really does pay attention to detail and doesn't just throw things together. I have to say - I did not even bother getting a competing bid because our prior experience with Wes was so great and we are so happy with the quality of the work. We'll have him out one more time for a final project we have planned in a year or two - have to dream it up! I told Wes he is always welcome to use our yard as a 'reference' - it is a dream come true space."

"The whole experience with Haven Hub was amazing. From the two Nicks coming out to talk about the project and ideas for the space and what I wanted the space to be, through to the actual demolition of the area and the transformation to the new yard. Raul, the project manager assigned to my project was amazing. He arrived on time, spoke to me about what they would accomplish that day and kept me informed on the next steps to the project. Raul and his crew were more than I expected. I highly recommend Haven Hub for your landscaping transformations. Even a couple of weeks after the work was done they called to be sure everything was OK and that I was happy with their work. I love the follow up and customer service standard of this company."

"

Professional manner good response.  Called for second application did not have to call them. It did help my lawn.  Did not go for the continuous service to the lawn as it wasn't in my budget as this time.

"It went very well. First, Gwyny came, looked over the job and gave an estimate very quickly.  Second, the foreman came to the house on the day before the job was to be done and also looked over what was required.  On the agreed date, the complete crew arrived on time.  They did an excellent job, as agreed.  The crew also cleaned up the entire area, and left it absolutely free of debris.  The foreman and his crew were also very courteous and pleasant.  I would use Bottoms Up again anytime I would need a tree or landscaping service, without any hesitation."

"Saul’s crew do outstanding work! This is my second time hiring them because they are the best I have ever hired. Punctual, hard working, professional and very respectful! I highly recommend this company and I will hire them again for my gardening and landscaping needs. Thank you"

My focus is quality. I never cut corners, even when it’s more expensive. Some of my competitors are cheaper, but I will take the time to make sure you’re 100 satisfied . A good electrician is never cheap, a cheap electrician is never good .. no Job too small. Contact us about an estimate!

"Excellent, I am a landscape inspector for a local City and wish our contractors did as good of a job. Couldn't be happier with the work , service, and professionalism"

"They were always on time and professional. At the end of every day they never left any type of a mess. The installers were always willing to answer any questions I had. We also need Lights and they suggested a fantastic place to look= Light Bulbs Etc"

"I have just under an acre of two dozen trees, a 32 foot hedge and lots of landscaping on
a steep hillside.  The tree trimming team arrived at 7:30 and took a few
minutes to review and walk the project, and then went to work.  This tree
service proved to be the equivalent of the "White Tornado" of tree
trimming.  They were fast, accurate,  required minimal input and thorough.

After trimming some trees, it became evident that additional trimming was
need in certain areas.  This meant returning to areas already
complete.  No problem.
They left my place at 4:00 PM with the job complete and my yards were spotless.  Great
value -- the all-day special of five men and equipment for $2,800 saved me
between $1,200 and $2,500 based on competitive bids.  I can highly
recommend this service.  They aim to please and they do. Having used several
other tree services over the years including "illegals" I can
recommend this company as very good at what they do,  bona fide and a great value.
