"Alex is great. He came out, listened to my ideas for water mitigation (it was flowing into my garage), and then came up with the best solution. It is easy to get ignored, patronized to or otherwise ripped off when you are a woman alone maintaining a home. Alex did none of this. He was up and up and did precisely what he said he would do. Said he would contact me the next day, did it. Said he would finish the job in a few hours, did it. I will definitely contact him for more work when the time comes. The dry well itself remains to be tested by Mother Nature, but I cannot imagine it doing anything other than what it is meant to do. Alex also made sure the site was clean and tidied everything up when done. Cannot recommend enough."

Scheduling proved to be a major challenge.  This company seems super busy and has a lot of work so getting this done took a lot of back and forth and reschedulings due to things that unexpectedly altered their schedule.

Once they were able to do the work, I was happy with it.  They delivered as promised.  Brett always answered my communications through the website as well which was good.  I would not hesitate to use them again although if it is for a big deal then I would have the expectation that a lot of others are also taking advantage of it so it could take a while to get done.
