"Manny and his crew did our home's siding (removal and replacement), new gutters, overhang, front and side door trim and door, repaired our deck, built us wooden stairs and established a drainage pipe under our lawn to catch our gutter water and sump pump water, plus a few other odd jobs and we are happy with every single one of them! He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. It was a fair price for work well done, the crew was courteous and hardworking, and they cleaned up after themselves. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"The second job was to replace 5 basement windows, originals and a storm window. The windows are nice but there were some hurdles:1. He did not address at scheduling time how to cap off the window sill on the basements and I did not want to leave bare wood exposed to the rain/snow, that could rot the sill & as a window company all aspects of window installation should have been discussed. They did cap off the windows :-).
2. One of the windows is under our sunroom, near the sunkpump and here lies the issue
    ** They unhooked the sunkpump and did not reconnect it,,,, the following morning i went down to do some laundry and 1/3 of my basement was flooded distroying a few things ,,,, 
    ** They also left a installation mess in that room under our sunroom
    ** Called Steve to inform him of the issues and I don't think he belived me,,,, all he had to do is drive over and check out the job,,, but my window installation service was complete,,,, he was moving on
