"Yes, he called me back within 5 minutes after my request online and asked me several questions first to get an idea of what the problem might be. He then came out the next day (Saturday), explained what the problem was, and fixed it within 30 minutes. He is very knowledgeable and knows his products. He is friendly, and his rates are very reasonable. I will be using him again on other appliances."

"Dave came out at the agreed-upon time to look at my broken clothes washer. His verdict was that it would cost more to repair than it would to replace it. To my surprise, he did not charge me for this diagnosis, saying he didn’t want to charge me when he didn’t help me. What a surprise! I would definitely use this service again when I need an appliance repair."
