Provenza floors can only be cleaned with their product and it is a floor that needs to be oiled. It is very labor-intensive. "I had a frustrating experience with this contractor. After installation, two of the tiles were hollow underneath and Bruce said he would come back out if there was ever a problem with them. Also have drainage issues. No where for the water to go because Bruce refused to install drains like we asked. Bruce said the water will be fine. I reached out to Bruce for corrections, but he has not returned to fix the problems or answered messages. The lack of response and attention to detail was very disappointing.?"
