I was promised to get a copy of a paid invoice once my check that I paid was cleared by the bank. It's been nearly 3 weeks since then, but I still haven't received a copy of the invoice. I have texted and called numerous times but did not get a response. I'm starting to think that the worked they performed was not legitimate. I need the paid invoice to apply for the MD EV install credit. "

I understood that they needed to charge an inspection fee , but what seemed excessive and unfair was the categorization of diagnostic levels that raised the cost of the service call beyond what I considered a reasonable expense for the type of repair needed. For this reason, I cannot recommend this company. It would have been better to work with a company that charges an hourly rate. I will never use this company again- the fees they charge for the service rendered despite their politeness and friendliness are simply too costly. The determination that a pump servicing a fountain needed to be replaced cost me $500 plus their inspection fee. Outrageous!"
