"I couldn’t have asked for a better person to assist with our needs. My phone broke, I couldn’t confirm my appointment, and this guy drove to my home to see if I still needed help. Who the h*** does that! He came into our home, and was totally professional, very educated, and completely easy to communicate with. "Amazing!!! Quick and easy. Rob also looked at our water heater system without us even asking and gave other suggestions for maintenance and possible problems that could potentially arise in the future. Very helpful."

"Project: Install hot water heater. Job was done on time by knowledgeable workers and work area was cleaned."

"They were very fast to respond to my call and were able to send someone within two hours. The replacement of the hot water heater went well. For the water pipes they use copper crimp fittings instead of soldering so it will be interesting to see how that holds up over the years. My only concern is how they ran the gas line. They use Gastite CSST which is fine, but the CSST is run so it goes downward then back up and then downward again before it enters black pipe that has a moisture trap. It seems to me that if there is any moisture it will end up in the CSST instead of the trap. In addition, there is a pretty good bend in the CSST right before it goes into the trap section. Also, Teflon tape was used on the all the joints instead of joint compound. I think I will get someone from a different company to come in and take a look at it."

"Very easy to deal with. Everyone I contacted at this company was polite, professional and actually cared about resolving our hot water heater problem."

"Workmanship (Billy Pearsall) was excellent and done quickly; very courteous and professional. However based on various options quoted and online prices for the same heater model, it seems that the premium for same-day service and 6 yr warranty on the labor and miscellaneous parts was over $500! If I were to do it over again, I think I could have survived a week without hot water and would have ordered my own heater. As it was, the labor (and overhead?) would calculate out to ca. $300/hr."

"Quick response on a Sunday after my hot water heater failed, with ValDel able to supply the brand of water heater I was looking for. No one likes putting out the kind of money that this type of emergency repair requires, but I was able to negotiate significantly down to almost match a verbal quote that I had received earlier in the day. Jason was an excellent technician, very courteous, and completed the job quickly. I would definitely use ValDel (and Jason) for future needs."
